7. Fees and Payment

OTX FinTech Staffing operates on a retained search basis. Fees are typically 20-35% of the first-year compensation and are paid in installments (retainer, milestone, and completion). Specific fee arrangements will be outlined in a separate agreement between OTX and the employer.

Candidates do not pay any fees for our services. All fees are paid by the hiring employer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Our website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any job placement will result in long-term employment.
  • Any candidate will be hired by an employer.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability
